The property, which is accessed through electric entrance gates onto a private parking area is built over three levels and has the benefit of an alarm and air conditioning included throughout. Wireless internet access is also included.

The kidney shape pool measures approximately 9m x 5m and is surrounded by paving where plenty of sun loungers are provided for your use. Pool heating is also available, this is available at a supplement of £250 per week. There is a pool side shower with hot and cold running water and a brick built barbeque.
