Can Mariano is an extremely well located villa between the old town of Pollensa and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa.

This is a large family villa surrounded by mature gardens and furnished in traditional Mallorcan style, offering particularly large interiors and well maintained outdoor areas perfect for unforgettable holidays close to the beach.

It is situated in a quiet but not isolated position on a country lane, a few minutes drive from Pollensa and the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.

There are delightful sitting areas all around the garden areas where you can just admire the views and chill out. The gardens to this property are very pretty and well maintained. There is a large covered built in BBQ with table and chairs. There is also a shower room next to the BBQ area. 

Walking into the villa you first come into an open plan dining room and American style kitchen. A door leads off from the kitchen to the covered terrace. 

From the dining room you go into the lounge area which again has double doors opening onto the covered terrace, gardens and large pool. Off the dining room is a small hallway, which leads to a twin bedroom with sat TV and a bathroom which has a hydro massage shower in the bath.
