Villa Barreto is a spacious south facing single storey villa divided into 3 self contained wings, in a peaceful location in Salgados, 6 km west of Albufeira town.

The rear of the property features a beautiful garden with swimming pool, brick barbecue, al fresco dining area, sun loungers, table football and a covered terrace which runs along the entire villa. The property is walled and an automatic gate leads to a carport and parking area for several cars, right in front of the property.

Some of the Algarve's best beaches, like Galé and Salgados (among others), as well as a high quality supermarket and several quality restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin Stars, are located within a very short drive.

Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Fishermen's beach and the strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 10 min drive.

The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (chicken with spicy sauce), banks and cake shops is just a 5 min drive away.

Just outside Guia you will find Zoomarine, an amusement park with an aquarium with dolphin shows, a zoo with other animal shows, rollercoasters, water slides (great for kids) and the second largest shopping centre in the region, with many shops, restaurants, cinema and a supermarket.

The nearest golf course and nature reserve, with lagoon and walkway (great for bird watching) are in Salgados (2 min drive).

For a great family day out, there is a choice of water parks, a zoo with mini golf and a karting track, all within a 30 min drive.
