A corridor from the lounge/dining room leads to a further twin bedroom and a shower room and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. At the end of the hallway there is a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with a separate walk-in shower) and doors to terrace.

Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the landing and first floor which consists of a twin bedroom, a bathroom (with separate walk in shower) and a games room with billiard table. Both the twin bedroom and the games room have access to a large uncovered terrace with views over the pool below.

The pool is surrounded by lawn on three sides and adjacent is the large covered barbecue terrace which is perfect for al fresco entertaining.
