The attractive Villa Ponent is ideally located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and combines the privacy of a rural setting with easy access to stunning sandy beaches.
The driveway leads up to the spacious parking area. The front door opens on to a large entrance hall with a set of doors which lead in to a reading room and then in to the lounge.
Off the entrance hall is the kitchen/diner, modern in design with a door which leads out to the lovely gardens and pool. To the left of the entrance hall are two twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
Stairs lead up to the first floor landing (note - open horizontal bar handrail/balustrade on staircase) and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (Jacuzzi bath) and French doors out to a large open terrace with wonderful countryside views. There is also a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room on this level.
The colour scheme throughout this villa is natural beige and cream. This gives a lovely light and airy feel to the whole property.
The pool (which can be heated) is set in established gardens and there are two lawned areas on two sides of the villa. Alongside the pool is a covered pergola with comfortable wicker furniture for relaxing after a dip in the pool and an adjacent poolside Jacuzzi (not heated). The covered terrace has a table tennis table and close by is the BBQ area – perfect for alfresco dining.
