Casa Juan Vich 2 can be found in a beautiful country setting and yet is only about a four minute drive from the cosmopolitan town of Santa Eulalia with its busy shopping areas, beautiful beaches, marina and many quality restaurants. It is also close to the family resort of Cala Llonga.
The mediterranean garden boasts a lovely kidney shaped pool and three terraces for the ultimate in relaxation and is secured by electronic entry gates.
The house itself is equipped and tastefully furnished throughout to provide for a comfortable stay with air conditioning throughout. It is also adapted for the less able holidaymaker with wheelchair access and adaptations to one of the bedrooms and bathrooms and is built on one floor.
The location of the villa means that you can enjoy the seclusion of a country retreat but you are always within easy driving distance of all that the colourful local resorts have to offer.

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season. Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper.
