This is a great location for nature lovers, cyclists and walkers due to the close proximity of the Ria Formosa Nature reserve.

Guests staying in this property, have use of the nearby communal facilities of Encosta do Lago, including the communal pool, tennis courts, gym, sauna, spa and restaurant.

The property is built over three levels and has the benefit of air conditioning and wireless internet throughout. There is a garage for guests use.

The ground floor accommodation comprises of:

A spacious living room with two sets of patio doors that open out to a terrace (shared with the kitchen) and steps down to the pool and garden.

The living area is furnished with a large L shaped sofa and has a TV, including English speaking channels. There is a beautiful, rustic, wooden dining table with seating for 8 people.

Next to the living room is a modern, fully equipped kitchen which includes a large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave and washer/ dryer, along with all the utensils and equipment required for a self catering villa holiday. Patio doors take you out to the shared terrace with access down to the pool and garden.

Two bedrooms are located on this floor both with en suites.

The Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite. Full length windows slide open to a private terrace with fabulous views over the pool, garden and resort from its elevated position.

Bedroom two, is a twin room with en suite and full length windows opening out to a private terrace.

This bonus area, offers perfect poolside living with a large open plan room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a TV, a fabulous dining table with seating for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen area, including a fridge freezer, small fridge, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Outside area:

The large pool (which can be heated at a supplement) is surrounded by paving and a landscaped garden. The pool side is furnished with quality sun loungers. There is a gas barbeque for your use.

Maid service – 3 x week, linen changed once per week and towels changed twice per week

Air conditioning throughout included in the weekly rental rate.

Pool heating is available at a supplement of 200 per week.
