This beautiful Mallorcan country house enjoys a superb setting in La Font area in Pollensa, around a 30 minute walk to the old town with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants and the beaches in the resorts of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are approximately a 5 minute drive. Set in lovely mature gardens of mainly citrus and pine trees, the house enjoys lovely views of the surrounding area and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana and towards the Bay of Pollensa. The house itself is tastefully furnished and very spacious with exposed beams and tile flooring.

From the covered furnished terrace the main entrance leads to an attractive living room/dining area and from here a  corridor leads to two air conditioned twin bedrooms both with ensuite shower rooms and ceiling fans. Stairs lead up to the first floor to a gallery landing area with seating. The master bedroom has a private terrace with direct access to the pool. A spiral staircase leads to the studio which has splendid views of the mountains and the distant bay.

Outside in the spacious enclosed garden there is a large swimming pool and also a separate children’s pool. The extensive lawns are perfect for large families, and for those who are sporty a table tennis table beckons or for those who prefer more sedentary activities and relaxation there are comfortable cane chairs and sun loungers by the pool. On one of the covered terraces there is a built in barbecue next to the original bread oven, and a large outdoor dining table with bench seating for large groups.
