A private drive leads up the hill to the stone clad villa. The double entrance doors lead into a split level area. The hallway then leads off to the right into a lounge with feature stone walls and up lighting. The panoramic patio doors again give fantastic views out towards the bay. The lounge is tastefully furnished with cream sofas and an antique coffee table made from an old farm implement.
There are 7 steps up to the landing. Off this landing are two twin bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes which share a full bathroom tastefully decorated in marble and stone. The bathroom also has a fully glassed shower cubicle and twin wash basins.The main bedroom which has a 1.8m double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room is again fitted out in marble.
Off to the left is a dining room with a divide made of wood and marble leading into a fully fitted kitchen. The doors from the lounge lead out onto the terrace where there are steps down to the pool area.
The infinity salt water pool has paved terracing with sun chairs and parasol. There is a grassed area and many shrubs and bushes. This terrace looks out over the countryside. There is a rectangular teak table and chairs for dining alfresco. Another terrace looks out towards the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia.
