Spacious yet intimate, the villa is set very close to the old town of Pollensa and offers to it’s guests traditional interiors, a rustic feeling and extensive outdoor areas with private pool. The property has been restored using traditional local stone and has maintained it’s charming Mallorcan feel as seen in the wonderful stone clad exterior.  At the front, there is a large covered terrace and this leads in to the entrance hall and open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area.

The American style kitchen is separated from the rest of the room by a breakfast bar and is decorated in a pleasing Andalucian theme using blue and white tiles. The lounge/dining area is furnished in the classic Mallorcan style and is also decorated with typical ceramics and other artefacts. From here, an archway leads to a double bedroom, complete with fitted wardrobes, and a separate full bathroom. There is also a laundry room.

The pool and barbecue area are tucked away behind the villa. The pool is lawned to one side and features a pretty patio to the other. There is a small pagoda on this terrace which keeps you cool and in the shade. Sit back and relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of the mountains of Cala St Vicente from this lovely Mallorcan treasure.
