Cosy, bright and colourful typical Algarvian beach front cottage, with superb sea views, located in the heart of Albufeira, just a stone's throw from the beach and within walking distance of the picturesque city centre (old town/square), with mini-markets, restaurants, pubs and live shows.

The house was completely refurbished to a high standard, but the typical Algarvian style, with ornaments at the front, wooden windows and doors, were preserved. The centre is a patio with dining table and shower, from where a staircase leads to a large roof terrace with pool and pergola, affording magnificent sea views. All bedrooms, lounge and kitchen have air-conditioning (heating and cooling). The small road between the house and the beach is closed for traffic (except residents).
