Sumartin is the youngest fishermen's village on Brac. Chief occupations here are farming, viniculture, olive growing, fishing and tourism.
The charming villa can accommodate 8 to 10 people comfortably. The beautiful garden is lush with Mediterranean vegetation with a garden terrace and swimming pool. The upper floor has a furnished large terrace with stunning sea views.

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services and representation from the villa agent/manager. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
