Villa Rasotica is situated in the elite western part of the picturesque village of Sumartin on the island of Brac, 100m from the sea. Brac is an island of stone, sea and sunshine and is the largest island in central Dalmatia. It has craggy shores and brown rocks but also boasts wonderful beaches.
The villa is tastefully furnished and spacious accommodating 8 to 10 people comfortably. It has a jacuzzi bath in one of the double bedrooms and two balconies to enjoy.
All the bedrooms have access to the garden with a private outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a separate cloakroom and a summer kitchen.

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
