The villa is accessible through a cul-de-sac which is only used by the residents of this small and quiet housing estate. The property is enclosed by walls and a gate with the swimming pool located to the front side of the villa, surrounded by a terrace with a shower and a small garden with lawn, shrubs and some trees.
Car hire is recommended but would suit those not wishing to drive.
